* 2 Tbsp. butter
* 6 green onions, chopped
* 2 c. (8-oz.) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
* 8 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
* 1/2 c. milk
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. pepper
* 1 lb. kielbasa, cut into serving size pieces
* 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cleaned, cut into spears
* 3 large carrots, cleaned, peeled, cut into 1-1/2-in. pieces
1. Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in frying pan. Sauté onions until tender. In medium bowl, mix together onions, 1 1/2 c. cheese, cooked noodles, milk, salt and pepper. Spoon into a buttered 13x9 in. baking dish.
2. Sauté kielbasa in remaining Tbsp. butter about 5 min. Arrange in center of noodles in baking pan.
3. Cook broccoli and carrots until just tender and arrange around the kielbasa. Sprinkle remaining cheese over vegetables. Bake at 375° F for 15 min. or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.
